Here's a sad but true fact.  Almost one-third of therapists report "high emotional exhaustion" and more than half of us experience some symptoms of burn-out.   According to Christina Maslach, a pioneer behind the study of burnout, the number one antidote to burnout is to talk with others.  This is the place.
